Here at CrossFit Frenzy, our goal is to get better at life! We want to provide a service to our community that enriches lives with fitness, health, and fun. We want to help our community reach their all around wellness and fitness goals. Sara has been doing CrossFit for over 4 years. 3 1/2 of those she has been coaching and continuing to learn more about CrossFit by attending various certifications and seminars. Her true passion is coaching and teaching others about this amazing lifestyle, including nutrition, as it has completely transformed her life. Sara enjoys working with beginners and specifically has a heart for the women of CrossFit.
Angie Guijarro: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) and CrossFit Kids Certified
Angie started CrossFit about three years ago in her garage and completely fell in love with it. Once starting CrossFit she knew right away that she wanted to share this sport with other people in her community. She has been an athlete all her life, playing collegiate Softball and rowing Crew, but after having children it was hard to find the time and/or desire to get to the gym. CrossFit was the answer. Never before could she juggle being mom, wife, teacher and feel fit and healthy all at the same time. For the first time she finally felt balanced, strong and healthy. Now as the co-owner of CrossFit Frenzy, Angie wants to share this amazing sport of fitness with everyone! If she can do it… You can do it!
Rafael “Rago” Guijarro: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)
Rafael (Rago) is the co-owner at Crossfit Frenzy. Before he started CrossFit, he competed in Swimming and Water Polo both at the NCAA level and International level. Thereafter, he coached swimming and water polo at both age group level and NCAA level. With his extensive coaching and athletic experience he will help motivate and inspire people to achieve their fitness goals.
He graduated from CSU Bakersfield with a B.S. in Exercise Science/Kinesiology

Cliff Johansen: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)
Cliff Johansen comes to us with experience competing and coaching at the NCAA level in Springboard Diving. He spent many years in competitive gymnastic at the state and national level, and would love to pass all of his gymnastics knowledge to our members. Cliff started Crossfit almost three years ago with Rago and Angie when Frenzy was just an idea. “I love how CrossFit has transformed all parts of my life, from triathlons with my wife, to baseball with my kids, and to all of the sports that I love (rock climbing, whitewater rafting, kayaking, paragliding, mountain biking, and hiking) Crossfit makes me better.”
Jason Gutierrez: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)
Jason has been doing CrossFit for over two years. He enjoys kettlebell swings, push press and power snatch. Training CrossFit Frenzy’s newest members is one of his favorite tasks at The Box. “I remember being introduced to CrossFit, thinking I would never be able to lift heavy weights and have fun doing it. That was over two years ago. Now I couldn’t imagine my life without CrossFit. I hope I can inspire others to feel the same. You’ll never know what you’re capable of until you believe in yourself and give it a try.” Jason carries his CF-L1 certificate, likes comic books, and taking photos at The Box.
Kim Aviles: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

You might hear her being called Grandma at the box, but Kim can hold her own with the girls, and the guys. “I joke and say, you wish your Grandma looked this good! But she can. I’m proof. I’m really a grandma and I’m lifting weight I’d never imagined myself doing. It feels great. Most importantly the encouragement at CrossFit Frenzy feels great. You’re never too old to improve your levels of health and fitness.” Kim carries her CF-L1 certificate, likes shopping for CrossFit apparel, has a shoe addiction and taking photos at The Box.
